Cebu will have 4 holidays karong August 2018 og puros pajud long weekend ni. The first holiday is
on August 6 (Monday) to celebrate the 448th anniversary of the Cebu Provincial Charter Day.

Second and third is on August 21 and 22. The whole Philippines will commemorate the death anniversary of former senator and independence icon Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino, Jr. on August 21 while August 22 is to pay respect of Eid al Adha for our Muslim brothers and sisters.

The fourth is on August 27, 2018. This is a regular holiday to celebrate the National Heroes Day. . It is declared a regular holiday pursuant to the declaration Republic Act 9492. The National Heroes Day celebration falls on the last Monday in August.
