Duterte who happens to pass by a vehicular accident victim Reynald Roa past midnight last Monday, (July 16), voluntarily gave immediate first aid assistance and called for an ambulance. The accident happened at the foot of Maguikay flyover in Mandaue city. Duterte came from duty at Cortes General Hospital.
