Anew Low Pressure Area (LPA) was spotted and formed in the Pacific Ocean which will target Visayas and Mindanao. An early forcast track from independent weather agency reveals that it will hit Central Visayas specially Cebu and other parts of Mindanao.
Though, the LPA is still to weak, bureaus should monitor its movement and speed.
