Typhoon Nonoy (Melor) Threatens Philippines Anew - December 12, 2015 Updates

New typhoon formed in the Pacific Ocean which will be called Nonoy (Nonoy) once enter PAR. According to forecast it may not that strong but if it will hit the land, it will bring heavy rain that may cause floods and landslides. Visayas and Mindanao should closely monitor the typhoon Noynoy. It will reach Philippines in 5 Days.

At 10:00 am today, the center of a Tropical Depression outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) was estimated based on all available data at 1440 km east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (8.7°N, 139.4°E) with maximum winds of 55 kph near the center.  It is forecast to move west northwest at 20 kph.
