Shooting incident inside the Lighthouse Restaurant in Mango Avenue in Cebu City afternoon of October 21, 2015. The incident happened inside the restaurant where according to reports that several foreign nationals were inside. Police rush to the scene and investigating what cause the incident and who is responsible. Several people including 3 Korean foreigners were injured.
