Julius Badayos Found Dead in Tangke, Talisay Cebu - Floating at Sea

Dead body found at sea floating in Tangke Talisay Cebu. He was identified as Julius Badayos as his name appeared in the ID in his wallet. His feet were being tied-up. Officials are still investigating what really happened to the victim.
