Anew typhoon "Vinta" threatens to hit Visayas and Mindanao on Dec. 25 Christmas. Vinta is forecast to take likely similar to Urduja's path.
Typhoon Vinta is expected to be even stronger than Urduja. Yesterday, Vinta weakens into LPA but weather bureau is closely monitoring because of a chance it would intensify alot.
PAGASA's Aldzcar Aurelio said that the cyclone is forecast to enter the PAR by Tuesday or Wednesday, and may take Urduja's westward path.
"Posible pong tatahakin ng paparating na bagyo ang daan ni Urduja. Usually sa ganitong mga buwan, Visayas at Mindanao ang dinadaanan ng mga bagyo... dahil sa malamig na hanging Amihan," Aurelio said.
